- It is loud and can take a while to finish grinding (hence it takes awhile before it can finish making the noise). Understandably though, it takes time to grind so as not to get hot enough to affect the flavor of the beans
- some coffee grounds are always left in the chamber so you need to clean that up so that it doesn’t affect your next cup
- The water pump makes a grunting noise when brewing
- The Carafe makes a cracking noise when on the warming plate, even when its completely dry and there is no water under it to make that sound
- The LED lights can be a bit too bright
- Because of the way it is built, the carafe handle holds water when you wash it
- The bean container could be larger
- Always remember to coordinate the amount of water to the cup setting or else you will get 10 cups of very weak coffee
