Unfortunately, you cannot use ESE (Easy Serve Espresso) pods with this machine, so you’ll have to use your own ground espresso. Many people prefer this anyway, but it’s something to consider if you’re a loyal ESE pod user.
The top of the machine is plastic, and isn’t as durable as it could be. Try tightening the brewing container down at the metal piece rather than using the handle.
Using grounds can be a little messy at the office. To make this easier, try loading the machine over a piece of office paper to catch any stray grounds. Then just toss the paper in the trash.
